your spreadsheets have done their bit

We build software for processes stuck in spreadsheets and email, and for ideas nothing off the shelf can handle. We take on the whole project, and the person you first talk to is the one who leads it.

we stand behind the whole project

We lead your project from the first idea to day-to-day operation. If your company has an IT team, they're right in the thick of it and know the system well enough afterwards to carry on themselves.

  1. new software

We turn a process no standard software fits, or your idea for a customer portal, into a working application.

  2. modernisation

Your old software is holding you back, and the people who built it are long gone. We get it back in shape so it can keep running and growing.

  3. keeping it running

Once it's live, we keep your application running and develop it further with you.

What we do, and what we don't

who leads your project

Thomas Schmidt, founder and managing director, has been building software since 2012. He leads every illumiqon project himself and stays responsible for it after launch.

When a project needs more hands or specialist knowledge, he brings in experts from his network.

Thomas has built customer portals used by millions of people a month, and tools for internal teams, in the automotive industry, in insurance and in energy supply.

More about illumiqon and the team

date first, commit later

Before things get serious, there's a starter project at a fixed price: usually two to four weeks, with a workshop, an architecture sketch and a first working version of your software. Then we decide together whether to keep going.

From day one, you get a link where the latest version of your software runs. Drop in whenever you like.

How we work together

tell us what's stuck

You'll talk directly to the person who'll also lead your project. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
